Technician Supervisor
The Technician Supervisor is responsible for the completion of work and supervises the overall appearance, functionality, and operation of the facilities area under his or her responsibility.
Rate Per Hour
$27-$30
Role Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Inspect site/project area to ensure tasks and maintenance are being completed efficiently and on schedule
- Provide general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required
- Delegate tasks to other Technicians as needed and inspect to make sure they are completed in the most efficient manner possible
- Walk projects, attend meetings, and assist clients in definition of project scope and execution procedure
- Oversee large work order request with multiple technicians needed to complete
- Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by specific projects
