Technician Level 1
A Technician Level 1 provides general services for a facilities/office team in the office environment across the Bay Area.
Role Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Assist with general building maintenance projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, assembly and moving furniture
- Follow direction by supervisor or client
- Perform general custodial duties including disinfecting
- Driving a non-CDL box truck between sites as needed (12 foot box truck or 24 foot boc truck)
- Possess knowledge of the use and care of general tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance
- Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by specific projects
- Bilingual preferred
