All in the Family

R.A.C. Services owner and co-founder Raul Tovar worked for decades providing property management and highly specialized rack-and-stack data center services for the top tech firms in Silicon Valley. Meanwhile, his wife, Christina Tovar, gained extensive experience working in corporate finance and earned both Certified Public Accountant and Master of Accountancy degrees.

In 2016, seeing an opportunity to build on their strong reputations and combined expertise—and to work together running their own family business—they formed R.A.C. Services, LLC (with “R.A.C.” standing for “Raul And Christina”). Christina currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, and Raul is the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Exceeding Expectations

Starting with just one client, R.A.C. grew quickly, acquiring several new accounts through customer referrals. Site managers and procurement managers across Silicon Valley soon learned that they could rely on R.A.C. to provide a wide range of workplace support services—along with fair, transparent pricing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, R.A.C. was able to successfully pivot as many companies shut down offices and shifted employees to remote work. R.A.C. technicians similarly shifted to decommissioning office buildings, packing personal items for pick-up, and moving and storing furniture, computer equipment, and other assets. More recently, as employees have started returning to the office, R.A.C. has helped companies consolidate their workspaces and set up new flexible workspaces for hybrid workers.

R.A.C. Services is a dynamic team of dedicated technicians and staff members who provide reliable workspace support, maintenance, and relocation services for many large Silicon Valley companies. Everyone at R.A.C. takes pride in consistently exceeding customer expectations and ensuring minimal disruption to clients’ day-to-day operations.

R.A.C. prides itself on being a certified woman-owned, minority-run family business that gives back to the community by supporting other local, diverse small businesses as well as several charities and non-profit organizations.
